She had like the coolest late-night horror film feature show in LA ever!! She was in a Hallloween Coors Light ad campaign!! She guest-starred with LEE MAJORS for crissakes!!

In all seriousness for a second, Cassandra Peterson, AKA Elvira was and is a character who seemed to greatly enjoy the B-Movie/Horror cultural genres while never taking horror nor herself too seriously. She opened the door for so many others who would soon follow after her (MST3K for instance ;) ) and other sarcastically monstrous, yet adorable spookies who'd follow much, much later... (Like...uhhh...*AHEM AHEM* ME!! *ahem, HACK, SPIT* sorry, hairball. Gotta hate those CURLY ones!!. ;) )
So for being smart, saucy, funny, and deliciously horror-rific, for proving that, camp, sexy, sarcasm, and scare flick can all go together beautifully we salute you, Cassandra Peterson as our Fang Toothed Babe of The Week!!
